ONLINE CLASS GUIDELINES
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبيه الأمين وآله الطاهرين وصحبه أجمعين وبعد؛
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
Due to the current situation of Movement Control Order (MCO), Madrasah Al-Hikmah Lil Banaat will be continuing our Aalimah course via online classes starting Monday, 25th January 2021 using Google Meet App. Classes will be held Monday to Saturday (class schedule can be found in each class MENUTAB).
Students are required to abide by these guidelines during the online classes to ensure the purdah and attendance aspect is observed :
1) Classes will resume at 7:40am however students may start signing in at 7:00am and are required to be online latest by 7:30am for attendance.
2)Students should turn on video so that the Ustazah could monitor the attendance and class performance.Kindly MUTE your microphone to avoid the distractions while the lesson is ongoing, you may UNMUTE if you have any questions.
3) Students are to put on earphones at all times.
4) Students are preferred of using laptop. However if unavailable, phones may be used.
5) Recording any part of the lessons either by voice recording or screen capture are not allowed by all means.
6) Students should dress as close as possible to student's dress code with black burqa.
7) We will also share the link for joining each class in the blog which can be accessed in your "CLASS MENUTAB". Kindly note: THESE LINKS ARE ONLY TO BE ACCESSED BY MADRASAH ALHIKMAH LILBANAAT STUDENTS.
8)PDF Books are provided for those who do not have access to their books at home, this can be found by the "LIBRARY MENUTAB".
Kindly note that the classes are
not optional, lessons carried out online will not be repeated when madrasah reopens.
Attendance /interactions and responses in online classroom will carry a weight in final year exam marks.Should there be any problems or enquiries, kindly contact us at:

Lastly, we make du'aa that Allah Ta'ala eases all matters and grant us all the ability to continue learning the Deen of Allah Ta'ala, Ameen.
